Winter Mitzvah

       Project

Helloooooo??!! Can you hear me now?

This season’s mitzvah project we will be collecting used cell phones for Verizon’s HopeLine phone program. Through collaboration with domestic violence agencies and organizations across the country, this program provides phones to victims and survivors. According to Verizon’s website, in 2010 they collected 1,101, 756 wireless devices. Let’s be part of this wonderful Mitzvah! Cell phones will be donated to our local Verizon store. They can be dropped off at the NY Region office at 50 W 58th St (between 5th and 6th).
